We are planning to set a WOFE in China. We are required to provide the shareholder's registration information of the foreign shareholder. What information commonly at least should contain in it?
The WOFE's shareholder if is not an individual, such shareholder needs to provide below information registred in its country.
1. The registered capital or share capital;
2. The date of registration;
3. The registered address and main businessr;
4. The shareholding structure, including the shareholder(s) and the proportion of the shareholding;
5. Authorized signatory;
